Description:
Crystal (Product Number 9180) | Premium Vinyl with the appearance of a collage of crystals | High performance vinyl, laminated with optically clear adhesives. Materials are UV treated for long term sun exposure.
Applications:
This vinyl is designed for long-lasting application to (but not limited to) glass. Apply to the interior side of glass: windows, doors, skylights, and curtain walls. Apply to acrylic glass and polycarbonate in areas with little to no sun exposure. Contact Solar Graphics, Inc. to review your project requirements to determine product suitability. Material is applied wet, using a specific soap solution.
Adhesive:
A solvent-based polyacrylic permanent adhesive is laminated to the film. The adhesive is optically clear for high visible observations and is treated with UV inhibitors for long-lasting performance in direct sunlight. All vinyl are lined with a silicone liner to protect the adhesive during storage and application.
Scratch Coating:
Solar Graphics vinyls are covered with a scratch-resistant coating to ensure long-lasting protection from cleaning and wear and tear. These coatings may show an iridescence or "pearlescent" look on the inside surface due to reactions to some fluorescent or artificial lighting under high-contrast conditions. Changing to a whiter light source like full spectrum bulbs or LEDs helps neutralize these patterns.
Warranties:
Solar Graphics films materials are warrantied for a period of 10 years from the date of vinyl purchase for residential and commercial interior application; and warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of vinyl purchase for outside residential and commercial installations. Warranties may be extended by Solar Graphics upon review of the project, use of vinyl, and approval of installation contractors. If the vinyl product is deemed defective, Solar Graphic's sole and exclusive obligation is to provide the purchaser's replacement of the vinyl. Solar Graphics is not responsible for any cost, expenses, losses, or damages that are in any way related to the use of the vinyl, the installation of the product, any defects in the designs, or any failure of the designs to perform as represented or expected by the purchaser and installers. The use of non-tested film products or other manufacturers' film products used in conjunction with the Solar Graphics vinyl products.
Improper application or installation of the product.
Abuse of the product or design.
Improper care and treatment of the product.
